Facilities Provided
Massive in area it covers and modern in its achitectural design, is the SDPS Women's College Campus, located on Khandwa Road. Being situated on the outside of the city, natural light and open air are an eventual bliss. The building structure on its own stands vibrant because of an extensive use of colours, Built for wome, the women of tomorrow, the college campus embraces everything to instill in them a sense of completeness and confidence.

Lecture Hall
There are large size lecture halls. Each of which is 686.4 sq. ft. in its area with a capacity to comfortable accommodate 60 students at a time. Very much well furnished, these lecture halls are provided with separate OHP's to assist in effective delivery of lectures.
Classrooms
The air-cooled classrooms are well-equipped with utility benches that provide the students a comfortable and conveninet seating. Audio=visual aids in the classrooms make learning and interesting and a much easier affair.
To facilitate the outsataion students with lodging and boarding, the college aslo has a hostel. While the safety and security aspects are well taken care of, emphasish will be laid on the achievement of social, cultural and recreational aspects of hostel life. Admission will be given on first come first served basis.
As most students spend their full day at the college campus. The pool side cafeteria within the campus not only serves as a place to satisfy their appetite, but also gives them an environment for relaxing and enjoying their college life. The food is prepared under well-maintained hygienic conditions.
The college campus is located on the outside of the city. To facilitate the students with commuting, the college provides them with bus facility. The buses pick up and drop the students at different stops, assigned across the city. The students can avail this facility n submitting a written application.
The college library is rich in its collection of boks for all the available professional courses : be it fashion, architecture, commerce, apparel, garment technology, interiors or any other. Apart from the books, both for issue and reference, various newspapers, magazines and course related journals are subscribed to, so as to acentuate the sudents interest in keeping abreast with the latest in industry and technology. To help each student completely concentrate in the library, sufficient space and comfortable seating have been ensured.
SDPS boasts state of the art computer laboratory offering its students great opportunities to enhance and support their theoretical knowledge with practical experience. The Computer laboratory is well equipped with DELL computers of latest configuration with 17" flat panel TFT monitors, the first in central India and newer software versions having hi-speed broad internet connectivity, enabling students to learn by doing. The student computer ratio is 1:1.
We already have an auditorium to serve as a platform for the students to showcase their talents, not only in their spheres of learning at the college but also their innate expertise. Throughout the academinc session, the students organize various events, big and samall when they show their singing, dancing, acting, public speaking and allied skills. The huge, open air auditorium with convenient seating arrangement and a raised platform to perform as simply be perfect for such events.
